8 eggs -- beaten
2 cups half and half
1 32-oz pkg Oreida hash browns -- cooked in butter
1 lb medium cheddar cheese -- grated
2 tablespoons onion -- minced
1 lb bacon, ham, or maple sausage -- cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hash browns in butter or bacon drippings. Spread over bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish.

Beat eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour over top of hash browns.

Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
