1 competition cut brisket (we typically use a ~8 lb brisket)
garlic powder, to taste
Spiceology brisket bomb seasoning, to taste
1 ½ c beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat Traeger/Smoker to 225º.
2) Trim the fat on the brisket down to ½ inch thickness.
3) Pat the brisket dry. Season with garlic and brisket bomb seasoning generously.
4) Place probe in thickest part of brisket. Place in smoker fat side down.
5) Smoke until internal temp of 160º is reached. Remove brisket from the smoker.
6) Double wrap in foil, adding beef broth before sealing up.
7) Place back in smoker until an internal temperature of 204º is reached.
8) Remove from smoker. Let rest for 30 to 60 minutes. Unwrap, slice and serve.
