One Dozen Eggs (or how many you like)
Mayonaise
Yellow mustard
Salt
Pepper
Sweet Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in a pot with water and boil til hard boiled
Peel eggs and cut in half
Remove yolks and put into a bowl
Add some mayonaise and some yellow mustard
Mix this up and put in a chopper and whiz until smooth! Put some on a teaspoon and hand it to Arlene to taste and tell me if it needs anything
Add salt, pepper and any additional mayonnaise and mustard she says
Put yolk mixture into the halves of the egg whites
Sprinkle with paprika and put on the egg dish Uncle Joe gave me as a present because no one told him I don’t like eggs
