1 medium white onion, chopped
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups of beef broth
2 cups of water
2 cups heavy cream
Potatoes
3-4 cups of Kale, chopped (or the bundle)
Italian sausage (1 lb. reg and 1 lb. spicy)
Spices - Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chopped onion and crushed garlic with meat and brown until almost thoroughly cooked. Add spices to the meat.

Cook potatoes in the water and broth until soft.

Add potatoes to the meat and the rest of the broth and cream. (Don't boil after adding the cream)

Add the chopped kale and simmer for a few minutes to combine the flavors.
