Prep:
Slice chicken into thin strips, salt and pepper
Cut up bell pepper and onion
On medium-high heat, put a little oil and garlic in your skillet

Cook:
Cook chicken until almost done, drain a little if there's a lot of juices and oils leftover but you want to keep a little, then add bell pepper, onion, crushed red pepper, a little more garlic

When bell pepper and onion are sautéed to your liking, add red sauce to mixture, sprinkle a little bit of sugar, basil, oregano
Turn heat to low when bubbling

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A few notes to add: you can add jalepenos with bell pepper and onion at the beginning for more of a kick, season your chicken with your favorite italian seasoning, you can also add some heavy cream for a creamy base if you'd like, just be sure to add parmesan to it if you do :)

I taste periodically to see if it's spicy enough for my liking
