1-2 # lean pork - cut into bite-size pieces
2 onions - chopped
1 c. chopped celery

1 c. frozen peas
1 c. raw rice
2 c. hot water
2 cans cream soups (chicken, mushroom or celery)
2 Tbs. soy sauce

1 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown pork pieces then set aside.
In skillet, sauté onions and celery about 5 minutes.

In large bowl, mix above with everything except cheese.

Pour into sprayed 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheddar cheese.

(Can cover with foil at end if top is drying out.)

You can prepare ahead and freeze in a container or bag for up to 3 months. Thaw, put in dish and then cook.
