16 oz Cream Cheese
2 cans corn drained
8 oz Pepper Jack
1 Bunch of cilantro diced
1/4 cup sour cream
Tajin Seasoning (generous amount)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything above into a pan and place in your slow cooker on low for 2 - 2.5 hours, or until nice and melted, mix it regularly.

Once done, crumble some Cotija cheese (or feta) over top with more Tajin seasoning and squeeze a half of a lime.
