2 1/4 C. Flour (plus additional for dusting)
1 1/4 C. non-fat Buttermilk
1/3 C. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tbsp. Butter Buds
3 oz. dried Blueberries (fresh are too juicy)

Glaze
1 C. sifted Powder Sugar
4 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Imitation Vamilla
1/2 tsp. Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mix dry ingredients, then stir in buttermilk.
3. Add blueberries and combine to knead dough adding additional flour as necessary.
4. Move dough to floured cutting board and roll flat to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick (or desired thickness) and cut approximately 6 scones with a biscuit or cookie cutter.
5. Place in oven and bake for 8 minutes.
6. Melt 1 tablespoon of low-fat butter or margarine in the microwave and paint finished biscuits with pastry brush (optional).
7. Mix glaze ingredients in a bowl and drizzle over scone with a fork.
