1. 16 cups of Raw Corn (1/2 to 3/4 cup raw corn = 1 medium ear)
2. 3/4 cups of white sugar
3. 1 tbsp of salt
4. 1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Use a serrated knife was used to cut the corn off the cob.

2. 16 cups of corn went into a large pot with 1 tbsp salt and 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup of milk.

3. Cook till colour changes (approx. 5 min)

4. Pour the corn into large shallow pans to cool the mixture.

5. Once the corn was cool, it was scooped into freezer bags and frozen.

Cool & Bag

For Me & Dad we added 1 cup per bag.

Very nice taste..

We use the machine to remove air and seal..

Took cook it would go from freezer to stove top. Add bag in a pot of boiling water for a short period of time.


You can also substitute Milk with Almond Milk or any Vegan Milk
