6-8 Pork Loin Chops (can be boneless or bone-in) (4 )
6 peeled and sliced potatoes
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, 10oz each (1 can)
1 can evaporated milk, 12 ounces (I used Milk didn't have evaporated milk)
3/4 cup of water
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat your oven to 325ºF
2) In a large bowl, mix together the condensed cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk, water, onion soup mix, pepper, salt.
3) Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
4) Place the pork chops on top of potatoes
5) Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the potatoes
6) Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2 - 2.5 hours.

7) Remove foil for last 30 minutes to allow browning.


8) Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your creamy pork chops and potatoes casserole.

I made a smaller amount so below is me cutting back for some of the items and adding more potatoes.

1) I only used 2 regular pork chops cut in half
2) I added a little more potatoes.
3) 1 can of soup
4) 1/2 packet of onion soup mix.
