1/4 cup onion chopped
1/2 cup butter
26 0z cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups stuffing cubes
1 1/2 pound cooked and cut up turkey (6 cups)
To Double...

2 sticks butter
2 - 26 oz cream of mushroom soup
32 oz chicken broth
14 oz pkg stuffing mix
12 cups cooked and cut up turkey
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter.
add soup, broth and stuffing; stir over medium heat a few minutes.
Stir in turkey.
Put in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours
Serve on buns

*I use left over turkey from Thanksgiving for these. This is a sloppy Joe consistency and is very good. You could also use chicken.
