Ingredients:
17 oz Blanco Tequila
2 oz unfiltered or virgin coconut oil - melted
5.25 oz Limoncello (buy at liquor store)
1 oz Agave Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the Tequila in a large jar
Pour the melted coconut oil in.
Stir every minute for 10 minutes.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
Pull out of freezer and run through a cheesecloth and and strainer to strain all the oil out.
The oil should have left the taste of coconut in the tequila.
Pour tequila back into tequila jar.
Pour in the agave syrup and the Limencello. Shake up and then place the jar in your freezer.
When serving pour over crushed ice to help pull out the flavors as you drink.

Personal Notes:
I saw this on CBS news. JM Hirsch wrote a book on freezer cocktails. "75 Cocktails that are ready when you are"
It looked and sounded really good. :)
