1/4 cup soy sauce
1cup Coke
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T. Dijon mustard
3 T. Olive oil
2 T. Worcestshire Sauce
1/3 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic minced
1 T. dry mustard

Glaze
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup coke
2 T. melted butter
1/2 tsp. Dry mustard

Directions:
Place pork loin and marinate in zip lock bag. Marinade everything for 24 hours. Turn bag every several hours. Pre heat oven at 325 degrees. Discard marinade and place pork loin in roasting pan fat side up. Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Last half hour apply glaze..
