1 can corned beef
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. pickle relish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 spring onions
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into small balls. Refrigerate until serving time. These are delicious with crackers.
