3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2½ cups Flour, divided
2½ tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 cup M&M’s mini baking bits

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Lightly grease a 9X13” baking pan. In a large bowl, cream 3/4 cup butter and sugars until light and fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine 2 1/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Divide batter in half. Blend together cocoa and melted tablespoon of butter; stir into one half of the batter. Spread cocoa dough evenly into prepared pan. Stir the remaining 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup M&M’s mini baking bits into 2nd half of the dough. Spoon onto brownie layer and spread carefully. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mini M&M’s. Bake 25-30 minutes or until edges start to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
