Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 large ears white corn, cut off of the cob
1 bunch spring onions, sliced
1 red jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 green jalapeno pepper, sliced
4 Tbsp butter (or plant butter)
1/4 cup cream cheese (or lactose free cream cheese)
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Melt butter over med low heat
2. Add onions and jalapenos and cook until softened
3. Add corn and heat stirring until hot
4. Add creamed cheese and stir until melted and blended in.
5. Salt and pepper to taste

For lactose free use plant butter and cream cheese such as Violife.
