Meatballs:
2 lbs ground beef or chicken
2 C crushed cornflakes
2 eggs
2 T soy sauce
¼ t pepper
½ t garlic powder
⅓ C ketchup

Sauce: (i double these ingredients)
12 oz. chili sauce
1 can cranberry sauce (no cranberries)
2 T brown sugar
2 T lemon juice

Meatballs:
Combine all ingredients. Shape into balls. You can cook these 2 different ways - brown in a skillet or bake. To bake, place them on a cookie sheet with sides and bake at 350 for roughly 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Discard grease.

Pour the sauce over the meatballs and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Can also put in a crock pot on low for 3-4 hours.

The meatballs are fully cooked and ready to eat after browning. Quite often, I will brown the meatballs and freeze them without sauce. That way they are ready to go on a busy night. They are really good plain, with BBQ sauce and sweet chili sauce.
