⅔ cup Mayonnaise
5 Egg yolks
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbs Garlic, pressed
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
1 2+1/2 *cups Bread Crumbs
2 lbs Crab Meat
1 cup Oil
5 tbs Flour **use oat or almond flour for gluten free**

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except oil.
Form into crab cakes.
In a fry pan over medium heat, fry cakes in oil until brown on both sides.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with cocktail sauce.
