-Wash and dice green beans, potatoes and onion.
-Dice or slice meat (ham or looped sausage).
-Pack into jars and cover with boiling water or broth, leaving 1inch headspace.
-Cover with lids and bands.
Pressure can at 10 pounds pressure (if 1,000ft elevation or less adjust if at a higher elevation).
-Pints can for 75 minutes, quarts can for 90 minutes).
