Chicken

3-4 chicken breasts (cut up into bite size pieces)
2 eggs or milk (to dip chicken in)
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
salt to taste

Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Sambal Oelek (chili paste)
1 tbsp oil
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Dip bite size chicken pieces in beaten egg mixture or milk.
Combine flour, cornstarch and salt in a bowl or a zip lock gallon bag, mix well.
Coat chicken with the flour mixture. Add oil to a fry pan and cook chicken until golden brown.

Heat ingredients for the sauce until brown sugar is dissolved.
Pour sauce over browned chicken.
