1 egg white
1c. light brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg white until thick and stiff, add brown sugar, and favoring. Mix well and coat pecan halves with mixture.
Place pecans on baking sheet and cook for 30 min. Turn oven off and leave pecans in oven for additional 30 minutes. Keep in tightly covered container for several days.
