1 4-ounce unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour

1 11 oz bag of caramels
1/3 cup whipping cream.

Directions:
In large bowl melt chocolate with the butter. Stir well being careful not to scorch the chocolate Stir in the eggs, sugar, and flour.

Spray a 9 x 13" pan. Line with aluminum foil. Spray foil. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan. Bake 350º for20 minutes. Meanwhile in glass bowl melt caramels with whipping cream. Stir until smooth. Pour the caramels on top of the cooked brownies. Spread the remaining brownie batter on top of the caramels. Bake an additional 20 minutes until brown and set. Let cool.
