6 Chicken breasts, boned, skinned
Salt and pepper to taste
4 Eggs, beaten
4 tbs Butter, melted
1 cup Onions, grated
4 Garlic cloves, pressed
1/8 tbs Ham, sliced thin
1 cup Cheese, white, grated
Cooking spray
1 cup Bread crumbs
4 Eggs, beaten
1/4 cup Flour **for gluten free use oat or Almond flour**
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 tbs Dijon mustard
4-6 Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Brown butter, onions and garlic until onions are tender and clear.
Open chicken breasts halfway, pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
Line breasts with ham and a piece of cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Roll up chicken breasts (l secure with a toothpick in the middle.).
Dip chicken rolls in 3 bowls containing (each in a separate bowl).
Bread crumbs.
Eggs, whipped.
Parmesan cheese.
Flour, Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until a toothpick in the middle comes out clean.
Serve with a sprig of basil.
