3 c sauerkraut
2 c shredded cheese
2 c ground beef (browned and drained)
5 garlic cloves (minced)
2 c sour cream
1 tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush a 9x9 pan with olive oil. Layer 1/2 of the sauerkraut, then some shredded cheese, then the ground beef. Sprinkle the garlic over the beef as well as salt and pepper. Add another layer of sauerkraut. Cover with a smooth layer of sour cream. Top with remaining cheese.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
4. Serve on its own, or over pasta or mashed potatoes.
