1 c flour
1 c quick cooking oats
¾ c firmly packed brown sugar
½ c butter, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 c chopped nuts
6 oz pkg milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Use 9x13" pan with oven preheated to 325º
Combine oats, flour, sugar and butter, mixing well to make crumbs. Reserve half a cup crumbs and press remaining into pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Top with reserved crumbs and press down firmly. Bake for 25 minutes or lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
Although these are not the same at regular fudge nut bars, they're a close second.
