Ingredients:
Ingredients:

1 ½ lb. 93% lean ground turkey
8 oz. grated zucchini, when squeezed approx. 5 oz, medium size zucchini
¾ cup seasoned whole wheat, regular or gluten-free breadcrumbs
(I used ¾ cup of the French's Crispy Fried Onion, chopped)
2 clove garlic, grated or finely chopped
¼ cup grated red onion or finely chopped
2 eggs
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp kosher salt and fresh pepper
½-1 cup Quick Oatmeal
2 tbsp. oil

Spicy Mayo
1 cup mayonnaise
2-3 Tbsp. Siracha (according to the heat level you want)
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
Mix thoroughly with a whisk.

Directions:
Directions:
• Squeeze ALL the moisture from the zucchini with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, zucchini, breadcrumbs (or fried onion), garlic, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Add the Quick Oatmeal to make the consistency firm. Make 16 equal patties for sliders, 2 ounces each, not too thick so they cook in the center, or make 8 equal patties for hamburgers. Put the meat into the freezer for 20-30 minutes to set firm before cooking.
• STOVE: Heat a large nonstick skillet on high heat. When hot, add oil. Add burgers to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Cook on one side until browned, then flip. Flip over a few times to prevent burning and to make sure the burgers are cooked all the way through.
• If grilling: Clean grill well before cooking and spray with oil spray to prevent sticking. Cook the burgers on medium heat about 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center.
*Use Pretzel buns and cut into two pieces for the sliders.
*Use Spicy Mayo on the sliders.

Personal Notes:
I used the Fried Onion because I didn't have bread crumbs, but they added a lot of taste. Also I put in the Oatmeal to help with the consistency of the meat.
*Make a double batch and freeze the patties for future use.
