~ Bars ~

1 c. All-Purpose Flour
½ c. Butter
¼ c. Brown Sugar
1 c. Graham Crackers, crushed
¼ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ c. Chocolate Chips
14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ c. Nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt ½ cup butter. Then mix in the brown sugar and the flour until fully combined.
3. Place mixture in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch sized baking pan, forming a crust.
4. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven and remove.
5. While the crust is baking, mix the graham crackers, salt, baking powder, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and nuts all together.
6. Spread the Graham cracker mixture over the baked crust.
7. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes. (Do not overbake.)
8. Let cool before frosting.

½ c. Butter, softened
1½ c. Powdered Sugar
- Lemon Juice, to flavor

9. Using a hand mixer, combine butter and powdered sugar, and mix until creamy.
10. Add lemon juice as needed to obtain the desired flavor.
11. Once bars have fully cooled, spread evenly over them.
