1 egg, beaten
1 C buttermilk
3 lb chicken, cut into pieces
1 C flour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sage
1 tsp basil
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 Tbs paprika
1 Tbs onion salt
1 tsp garlic garlic powder
2 Tbs Accent
3 lb Crisco

Add Crisco to pressure fryer and heat to 365º.

In large bowl, combine egg and buttermilk. Add chicken pieces to soak.

In medium bowl, whisk together flour and spices. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture until covered. For crispier results, roll in flour mixture a second time.

Lower 4 pieces of chicken into hot oil. Lock lid and fry 8-10 minutes until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Remove to paper towels and repeat with remaining pieces.
