1 pkg. Jell-O (regular size)
1 C. Pecans, chopped
16 Marshmallows (or use 2 C. mini marshmallows)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. Cream cheese
1 C. Heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Jell-O with boiling water according to package directions.
2. Add marshmallows to hot mixture.
3. When cooled slightly, stir in cream, nuts and pineapple.
4. Let cool until it begins to thicken.
5. Add whipped cream to Jell-O mixture.
6. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
