14 oz c sweetened condensed milk
1¼ c brown sugar, packed tightly
½ c salted butter
3 tbsp corn syrup
1½ c white baking chips
1-2 tsp coarse sea salt




Directions:
Directions:
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
- Heat condensed milk, brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer the mixture for 8-10 minutes.
- remove from the heat and cool for 2-3 minutes and then stir the white baking chips in. Stir until they are completely mixed in (no streaks). Pour into the baking dish. Let cool. for 20 minutes before sprinkling it with the sea salt. Cover and chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- When the fudge is set remove it from the baking dish. cut with a sharp knife 8 slices x
8 slices. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
