1 box white cake mix
3 egg whites
3/4 c. of oil
1 1/2 c. 7-Up or club soda
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c.coconut
1/2 c. black walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients, except coconut and walnuts in large bowl. Beat well for 3 minutes, fold in coconut and black walnuts. Bake in 3 (9 in.) layer pans for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool, then frost with 1 envelope prepared dream whip. Fold in one package Royal instant pistachio pudding dry mix. Fold in 1 (4 oz.) container of Cool Whip, frost cake and refrigerate.
