2 ½ T flour
2 ½ T Sugar
1 T cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
pinch salt

2 T milk
1 small egg
1 tsp flavorless oil
2 T chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to a mug and stir with fork.
Add in the milk, egg, oil and chocolate chips and mix together

Microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute. For a 1200 Watt microwave it's 45 seconds.

Pipe frosting on the top with sprinkles.
