½ tsp. liquid smoke
⅓ c. worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 dash black pepper
1 dash paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder

combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk well with a wire whisk until incorporated.

store the mixture in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
