10-12 c. spinach
1 pint sliced strawberries
2/3 c. sliced green onions
2 cans drained mandarin oranges
1/4 c. pine nuts

Dressing:
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
2 Tbs. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Directions:

Combine or layer salad ingredients.

Mix together dressing. Serve.
