3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 pkg. QUICK rise yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/4 cups warm water (120º)
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor combine flours, yeast, salt and sugar. Pulse to mix.

Combine warm water and olive oil.

With motor running, add water/oil mixture until dough forms a rough mass. (Add more water if necessary). Let rest 5 - 10 minutes; process again for 25 - 30 seconds.

Transfer to floured surface and form into a ball. Place in large oiled bowl - turning dough to coat with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise about 1 1/2 hours.

Divide into two equal balls.
