1 onion, sliced
6-8 pork chops
1 can (26 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 cubes Beef Bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops on both sides over medium-high heat in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, about 3 minutes per side.

Place onion slices on the bottom of glass baking dish. Lay pork chops over onions. Cover chops with Cream of Mushroom soup.

Add water and bouillon cubes, breaking up the bouillon cubes to spread flavor. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in preheated oven, stirring gravy once or twice, until no longer pink in the centers, about 1 hour.
