Preheat oven to 200º F. Thinly slice fruit about a 1/4 inch thick. Blot the citrus slices with a paper towel to dry. Place the slices in a single layer on top of parchment paper or baking rack.
Drying time is around 2 1/2 hours. Thicker slices will take longer. check hourly to make sure the slices are not burning.
Slices can be used for craft projects, potpourris, garnish for drinks, meats, garlands and much much more!
