4 to 6 cups shredded cabbage
8 strips bacon
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika (opt)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cabbage until just tender, drain and keep hot. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Combine dry ingredients and add to crumbled bacon. Add vinegar and water to bacon mixture and heat to boiling point. Pour over hot cooked cabbage.
