4 oz smoked salmon
16 oz cream cheese
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the skin from the smoked salmon and discard, then use two forks to shred and check for bones.
With an electric mixer, blend together the salmon, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, and pepper, and then form into a ball.
Spread the pecans on a plate and roll the ball in the nuts, pressing to adhere.
