1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 large egg white
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. or 4 1/2 cups walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Set the oven rack in the middle. In a large bowl mix the sugars and cinnamon and set aside. Beat egg white and salt until frothy. Add nuts to egg mixture and stir- make sure all the nuts are coated with egg white. Add nuts to the sugar mixture. Toss well. Spread nuts evenly on a cookie sheet and place in oven. Stir nuts every 10 minutes. Cool completely. Nuts will last a week at room temperature or a month in the fridge.
