3 Eggs 1 - ¼ oz. pkg yeast
1 t. salt 4 ½ c. flour
½ c. sugar another ½ c. melted butter
½ c. butter
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and combine with 1st mixture
Beat in flour gradually.
Let rise 4 hours. Cover tightly and place in frig overnight.
4 hrs. before use, remove from frig. Form 1/3 of dough into a ball and roll out to ¼ inch. Cut into rounds. Dip in ½ c. melted butter, fold in half and place in ungreased 8 inch round pan.
Close together.
Let rise 3-4 hours
Bake at 450 degrees 7 to 12 min
