2 cups (leftover) ground ham
1 cup crushed cornflakes or fine dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup grated raw carrots
Seasonings - your Choice: chili sauce, mustard and horseradish, chopped onion and Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well.
Mound mixture as a loaf in greased baking pan, and bake at 350ºfor 45 minutes to 1 hour.

During last 20 minutes you can add leftover mashed potatoes, candid sweet potatoes or rice to pan.
