3 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
3 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Blend first 4 ingredients - flour, butter, baking powder and salt. Add the last three - egg, milk and sugar. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
