¾ c Cocoa
1 c milk chocolate chips
36 Hersheys hot cocoa kisses
18 marshmallows
1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 c sugar
½ c packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Cut each marshmallow into halves, cover and set aside. Remove wrappers from chocolate, set aside.

Beat butter and both sugars in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beating until well blended. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt, gradually add to the butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in chips. Chill dough in freezer for 10 minutes.

Roll dough into 36 balls (about 1½"). Place on prepared sheets, flatten slightly.

Bake 6-7 minutes, top each cookie with a marshmallow half. Continue baking an addtional 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed but not browning and cookie edges are just set. (Total bake time should be about 10 minutes). Remove from oven, cool just 2 minutes. Gently press a kiss into center of each marshmallow. Allow cookies to cool completely on cookie sheet before removing to wire rack.
