4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cans (20 oz) solid-packed pumpkin
1½ cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp flour
2½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
2 cans (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 aluminum pie crusts or 2 9-inch deep-dish pie shells

Preheat the oven to 425º F. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the pie shell, then pour the mixture into the pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes then reduce heat to 350º and bake for about 40 minutes more or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
