¼ c shortening
½ c peanut butter
½ c sugar
½ c honey
1 egg
1¾ c flour
½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shorteninbg, peanut butter, sugar, honey & egg thoroughly. A dry ingredients (mixed or sifted together). Roll into balls and bake on lightly greased sheets. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
