1 Lb. Ground beef
1 T oil
1 Small onion
2-3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 (10oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
8 oz Cream cheese
2T taco seasoning
Salt and pepper
14-15 oz beef broth
1 Green pepper
1 can kidney beans, drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add oil, brown meat over med heat, add onions and garlic. Cook 7-8 ,minutes.

2. Add tomatoes, taco seasoning, salt and pepper to mixture. Stir for 4-5 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix.

3. Add beef broth and simmer for 15 minutes.

Toppings: avacado, sour cream, shredded cheese, minced cilantro, jalapeno or drizzle of lime.
