1 bag shrimp, raw and your choice of size
1 large onion
1 1/2 large tomatoes
1 large green pepper
4 small limes
1 navel orange
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt to taste
ketchup and mustard (2:1 ratio, see directions)
1 bunch of cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cover shrimp with water, salt, and garlic powder until water is boiling. Separate the shrimp from the water but KEEP THE WATER. Let water cool down to room temperature.
Cut onion finely into strips and add a little salt. Mix with hands. Cut the tomatoes and green pepper into strips. Wash off the onions then mix everything together including the shrimp. For a serving of 4 add t Tblsp. ketchup and 2 Tblsp. mustard. Squeeze in limes and orange and mix. Add salt to taste. Serve with rice or chips.
