1 lb. Ground Beef
3 lg. Onions, chopped
1 lg. Green Pepper, chopped
1 - 1 lb. can Whole Tomatoes
½ c. Rice, uncooked
1-2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In skillet, cook and stir ground beef until light brown; drain off fat. Add onions and green pepper; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper; heat through. Pour into ungreased 2 qt. casserole dish. Cover and bake for 1 hour.
