1 green pepper
1 Onion
8 ounces of mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup carrots
1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
Teriyaki Sauce
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion, pepper, carrot, and mushrooms into chunk size pieces. Separate broccoli and cauliflower into small bite pieces.

Cut chicken breasts into small 1 in. pieces.

Spray large wok or skillet with olive oil and heat pan on high heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper or preferred seasoning. Cook the chicken until lightly brown.

Add the vegetables and cook until tender.

Add the Teriyaki sauce and seasoning.
